Y2K Messenger does not run the chat servers, so the fastest protection is in your hands, and the report goes to the people who run the accounts.
Open the person's info (long-press their name in the buddy list, or tap the i in an IM window) and tap Block. Blocking is enforced by the server: once it confirms, they cannot message you or see you online.
Open the person's info and tap Report (or tap Block in an IM window and choose Report…). Pick a reason, add what happened, and turn on "Attach their last messages" if you want their messages included (text only, never yours). The app composes an email in your Mail app addressed to mike@productparty.us; you see every line first and you send it yourself. We review abuse reports. This inbox is not monitored continuously. Only the server operator can suspend a screen name, and we do not yet have a confirmed contact for the logon.chat operator, so we cannot promise that a report reaches them. If no mail app opens, use "Share or copy the text instead" and email the same text to that address.
For the default server, logon.chat, we have not found a published contact; logon.chat is the only address we know. For another server, use that server's own contact page.
For accounts without an existing server privacy setting, the app requests "Allow only people on my Buddy List." Check the Privacy screen to confirm which setting the server has accepted. With that setting, strangers cannot contact you at all. It is in Buddy List → Privacy.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
