Your photos, voice notes, notes, claim details, and reports stay on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync, and no server run by us that receives your evidence. You choose when and where to share the PDF or ZIP you export.
Deleting an incident in the app deletes its files. "Clear All Data" in Settings removes everything. Deleting the app removes all of it.
Home Claim Kit is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads appear on the incident list, summary, and export screens, never during photo capture. AdMob may collect device identifiers, coarse location derived from your IP address, and ad interaction data under Google's privacy policy. If you decline tracking, ads are shown without cross-app tracking. Where required by law, the app shows a consent form you can revisit from Settings.
Analytics are on by default and you can turn them off in Settings at any time. When on, the app sends anonymous usage events (for example, "incident created" or "PDF exported") to TelemetryDeck, which uses a random per-install identifier and does not receive your photos, notes, or claim details. Turning analytics off stops all sending immediately.
We do not receive your photos, voice notes, notes, addresses, claim numbers, or insurer details. We do not sell personal data. The app does not use AI to analyze or alter your photos.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
